Cher Yves, Chére Sylvie... Les biens les plus précieux qu'on peut avoir dans la vie, sont la Famille et les Amis. Vous avez mis la Famille et les Amis ensemble dans un évènement scientifique. Si l'artisan soigneusement combine des matières les plus précieuses dans un ouvrage, à la fin des travaux, nous nous retrouvons devant d'un chef-d'oeuvre unique qui fait plaisir aux yeux et au coeur de chacun. Mes compliments pour la beauté et très haute qualité de cet évènement, plein de détais soigneusement combinés de façon inoubliable. Je suis joyeux en ayant partagé ce moment auprès de vous. La participation de David-Olivier, Catherine, Anne-Sophie et Alcione (la célèbre Yvonne... :)), m'a donné l'ambiance d'être chez vous, à la maison... Sylvie, j'ai adoré la clochette qui sonnait à la fin des pauses. Nous faisons la bise et nous vous demandons de la transmettre là toute la famille, que nous embrassons três fort...

Dear Dr. Yves Saban, I have no word to discribe my gratitude and admiration from the last meeting in Nice! It was my first visit to France and my first presentation, but I felt like at home, thanks to You. Once again I want to say to you and Sylvie thank you very much for your hospitality and excellent organization!!! It was a great start and I am sure that the philosophy of preserving rhinoplasty will conquer the whole world thanks to such meetings

Dearest Yves and Sylvie, Charles and I want to congratulate you on a hugely successful conference. The organisation was superb. The venue magnificent. The hospitality unparalleled. After the stress of the storm on Friday and flight delays, the conference started on Saturday as if nothing had happened. The lectures run very well. The feedback from the participants was excellent. Dear Yves and Sylvie, Me and Mariana are now in Paris, we had such a wonderful time at Nice, we also visited Eze, Monaco, Saint Paul de Vence and Antibes. We believe that this is the most beautiful part of France. The food is amazing and so are the people. You are very fortunate to live in Nice, You surely deserve such a wonderful life. I would like to thank you again for the invitation to speak in the Preservation Rhinoplasty, It was such a great experience to meet so many good surgeons. Sorry for the ?refugee look?(as Rollin Daniel said) on the first day of the meeting! I also want to congratulate you for the success of the Meeting, I am sure that it was the beginning of something great in our speciality, and you are responsible for this turn around in the world?s rhinoplasty!
